Post-surgical recovery is a multifaceted process influenced by physical, nutritional, and psychological factors. While surgical interventions address the immediate pathology, optimal healing requires a holistic approach that incorporates nutritional support, mental health management, and physical rehabilitation. This review explores an integrative recovery protocol that combines Ayurveda-based nutrition, yoga therapy, and mental health strategies to enhance post-surgical outcomes. Scientific evidence supports the role of specific dietary regimens, targeted yoga practices, and mindfulness-based therapies in improving wound healing, reducing inflammation, and alleviating post-operative stress. This protocol provides a comprehensive framework for promoting faster recovery, reducing complications, and enhancing the overall quality of life for surgical patients.
