Abstract

With an emphasis on how users view the efficacy, accessibility, and individual impact of these digital techniques, this qualitative study investigates the effects of online psychological and alternative interventions on mental health and well-being. This study investigates how online psychological counseling, mindfulness, yoga, and alternative wellness practices promote mental health and well-being through thematic analysis of semi-structured interviews with participants. Although issues like screen fatigue and a lack of in-person connections still exist, research shows that online therapies increase access to mental health resources and promote emotional resilience, stress management, and self-awareness.
