Archiving Policy

The African Journal of Biomedical Research (AJBR) is committed to the permanent preservation and accessibility of all its published content.

Digital Preservation

All AJBR articles are archived through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which ensures long‑term availability even in the event of journal website downtime. The PKP PN uses a distributed network of library partners to safeguard content and maintain its integrity over time.

Self‑Archiving

Authors are encouraged to deposit the published PDF of their articles in institutional repositories, subject‑specific archives, or personal websites, with proper citation and a link to the official journal version.

DOI Registration

Each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), providing a permanent link and facilitating reliable citation and retrieval.

Through these measures, AJBR ensures that all its published work remains accessible and citable for future generations.
