Abstract

This research examines how young people in Lumbini Province, Nepal, get and use digital media, comparing city and country experiences. As technology grows, it is key to understand how the youth use social media, search engines, and online reviews when they buy things. The study shows significant differences through surveys and talks, with rural youth facing more significant hurdles. Results stress the need to help bridge the digital gap and boost digital skills for rural youth. This work helps us grasp how digital tools affect youth empowerment, economic participation, and social inclusion. It lays the groundwork for rules to improve digital access and skills.
