.Abstract
This study examines the likelihood of tourists recommending homestay accommodations in Himachal Pradesh based on their satisfaction levels. Using a sample of 450 tourists, regression analysis was employed to evaluate the relationship between tourist satisfaction and recommendation likelihood. Key factors analyzed include the natural and peaceful environment, cultural immersion, host service personalization, accessibility, and cleanliness of accommodations. The findings indicate a significant positive influence of a natural, peaceful environment and personalized host service on satisfaction and recommendations. However, factors such as cultural immersion, accessibility, and accommodation quality were not significant predictors. The study offers insights into key satisfaction drivers in homestays, providing homestay operators with actionable recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction and promote positive referrals.
