In the era of artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation is essential to boost the productivity of the administration workforce. On the other hand, perceptive decision-making can be designed, which mainly needs solid skills depending on the perspective detection of the team associates and staff leaders and the assistance of superior definitive administration. Lean management is important primarily to target a productive team leader level and eradicate the needless procedures that can take much time to accomplish. Likewise, client-centric operations desire to be improved by decreasing the obstacles for clients. Eventually, the most suitable organizational structure can boost the operational, sensible, technical, and financial operations that influence the client platform. Hence, the proposed research targets the detection of procedures that affect the organizational transformation of Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. (MSEDCL), India. Succeeding in the detection of numerous operations, AI systems can enhance practice execution in the future.
