Abstract

Trace elements play a crucial role in overall human health. This review focuses on their dual role as both essential nutrients and potential toxicants, influencing male reproductive health in both beneficial and harmful ways. By analysing the positive and negative impacts of trace elements, this review aims to offer valuable insights into the importance of maintaining a balanced diet for optimal male reproductive function. Additionally, the article discusses the potential toxic effects of excessive trace element intake, highlighting how imbalances can disrupt hormone levels and impair sperm quality.
