Abstract
Adolescence as defined by the WHO is the period between 10 and 19 years of age that includes significant and critical changes in growth development and puberty young adolescence girls experience full range of symptoms irregular menses, amenorrhea, menorrhagia hirsutism, alopesia, ovarian cyst. In women of reproductive age polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is one of the major endocrine illness with multifactorial causation POCS characterised by a variety of signs and symptoms that effects pf reproductive, endocrine metabolic systems varied degree of mildness and severity. The community based prospective observational study diagnostic PCOS and study of biochemical markers are shows abnormal.
