Abstract

Cervical spondylosis, a degenerative disorder of the cervical spine, is characterized by chronic neck pain, stiffness, and restricted mobility due to vertebral and intervertebral disc changes. This case representation of   a 28-year-old male Engineer  presented with severe neck pain (VAS: 8/10), stiffness, and restricted cervical range of motion (ROM). Based on symptom totality, Repertorization  and miasmatic analysis (Psoro-sycotic background), Rhus toxicodendron  was prescribed. Post-treatment, the patient showed significant improvement in pain (VAS: 2/10), ROM (flexion: 45° to 58°), and Neck Disability Index (NDI: 52 to 32).The patient gradually started improving during the course of treatment.
