Abstract
The Internet of Things (IoT) uses a variety of technologies, including robots, internet technologies, wireless sensor networks, machine-to-machine communication, smart devices, and robots. The Internet of Things (IoT), a recent development in the field of information technology, enables objects to exchange data and communicate via intranets or internet networks. But the most important and crucial IoT concerns are privacy and data security. Developing a new encryption technique for data storage servers in Internet of Things-based irrigation systems is the goal of this study. To protect sensitive data contained in Internet of Things irrigation systems, a hybrid encryption method based on SHA-256, RC4, and Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) is recommended. Through ECC, the proposed model improves RC4. With a focus on attack surfaces, vulnerabilities, and privacy and security risks, this study attempts to present a thorough analysis of IoT technology. In spite of this, experts are looking into the issues and services offered by IoT to increase the efficiency of smart cities. Information and communication technology use is still considerably separated from its concept.
