Abstract

Prosthodontics is the branch of dentistry that deals with the replacement of missing intra oral and extra oral structures. One of the key factors which determine the successful prognosis of any prosthodontic treatment is the type of prosthesis materials. One such material which has gained a great attraction in prosthetic dentistry in the recent times is polyetheretherketone. This review paper highlights in regards to the various applications of peek in prosthetic dentistry.
