The level of awareness was checked on the basis of responses.

RESULTS: Based on the statistical analysis, it was found that the maximum (49%) obese females had poor knowledge followed by (30%) good and (20%) excellent knowledge regarding the regular anthropometric assessment and multidimensional exercises.

CONCLUSION: Findings show that Anthropometric assessment is the newer term for each population, but knowledge and understanding regarding multidimensional exercises is good in this population.
