Abstract
Online delivery services for pharmaceutical supplies have been increasingly popular in India as a result of the rise of e-commerce platforms and other technical advancements brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine which UTAUT-2 characteristics are associated with the use of pharmaceutical delivery services through digital apps and how these factors affect consumers' purchase intentions, which in turn affect their actual purchasing behaviour. For this research, a single-method quantitative approach is utilised. In this cross-sectional study, the researcher used a survey to gather information. The study's sample size was determined using the Cochran method, which takes into account the number of people who utilise online pharmaceutical delivery apps. A total of 175 users were chosen for the study, with a margin of error of 7.5% and a confidence level of 95%. For this investigation, the researchers used a non-probability sampling method known as convenience sampling to choose their samples. Researchers warranted the use of convenience sampling because it allowed them easy access to a large pool of potential participants throughout Karnataka. The creation of a carefully crafted questionnaire is the means of data collection employed in this investigation. Based on previous studies of the UTAUT-2 Model, this survey asks about things like customer behaviour and the prevalence of online pharmacy apps. The data analysis software used in the study was SPSS Version 22 and AMOS Version 22. By illuminating the factors that drive the popularity of pharmaceutical delivery applications, the findings of this research will assist society. This study will help pharmaceutical companies by shedding light on the elements that promote and hinder adoption. Authorities may also use the data to push for the expansion of digital healthcare services, which would help those in remote areas or with mobility issues get the prescription they need.
