Abstract

This research analyzes the human resource (HR) challenges and opportunities in the solar energy sector of India. It highlights the shortage of skilled workers and explores how HR strategies can address critical workforce development issues. The study uses cluster sampling across 33 districts in Telangana State, with data from 582 participants.

Statistical analysis, including exploratory factor analysis, was conducted using SPSS.

Results indicate workforce development plays a crucial role in sustainable energy growth, aligning with India's goals for 2045. The findings underline the importance of HR in advancing solar energy adoption.
