Abstract

The aim of this paper is to propose aggregation operators in a picture fuzzy context using algebraic and Einstein operations. This study includes the decision-maker’s confidence level for the available criteria that need to be evaluated. Firstly, we propose geometric aggregation operators, such as the confidence picture fuzzy weighted geometric aggregation operator, confidence picture fuzzy ordered weighted geometric aggregation operator, confidence picture fuzzy Einstein weighted geometric aggregation operator and confidence picture fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted geometric aggregation operator, with some properties of these aggregation operators being discussed in detail and validate the functioning of the operators with illustrative examples. Furthermore, the procedure for a multi criteria group decision-making problem based on proposed operators is given and justified with a numerical example of a group decision-making problem. Finally, a comparative analysis is done with the existing operators to verify the proposed operators and demonstrate their effectiveness.
