Abstract

NOE .injuries occurs in the upper central midface with disruption of internal orbital walls, ethmoid bone, posterior medial canthal region and nasal bones. The surgical repair of such fractures is complex and requires proper planning, to allow clear consensus attention. Explosions have the capability to cause multisystem injuries, life threatening injuries in single victim, this type of events can produce classical pattern of injury to several organ injury including orbits and C.N.S., but can also results in unique type of injuries, that is what we learned from terrorist attacks, which remain challenging to heath provider and surgeon in our country. undetonated military incendiary devices such as land mines and hand grenades explosions all of these can cause a significant number of civilian casualties .After local hostilities ceases In retro study performed for treatment of victims assaults during  civilian unrest in relation to naso –orbito- ethmoidal injuries in specialized surgery hospital, maxillofacial center, we as team work, evaluated the primary management ,surgical intervention, and complication encountered ,keeping in mind that orbital trauma require extensive evaluation and cooperation of multi-surgical specialties when associated with NOE, which maxillofacial surgeon must be important part in repair team.
