Abstract
This abstract delves into the multifaceted challenges faced by postmenopausal women, encompassing physiological, psychosocial, and emotional dimensions. The study explores prevalent issues such as the impact of hormonal changes on mental health, the occurrence of chronic conditions, and the significance of cultural and sociocultural factors in shaping experiences during this life stage. This abstract explores strategies for promoting health in post-menopausal women, recognizing the diverse challenges and transitions associated with this life stage. The focus is on multifaceted interventions encompassing educational programs and support networks tailored to address physiological, psychosocial, and emotional dimensions. Key elements include health education initiatives to enhance understanding and coping mechanisms, support groups fostering positive relationships and critical thinking skills, and culturally sensitive approaches that acknowledge the diversity of menopausal experiences.
